WHITE CLIFFS WALKING FESTIVAL

Explore your local coast & countryside, get fit in a sociable atmosphere, join us for a led walk.

Welcome

Following on from recent successful Walking Weeks we are planning the 2026 Festival which will be a Walking Week from 4th to the 10th October. The week is open to Ramblers members and non-members who wish to join us. We intend for there to be walks every day designed to showcase the scenic coastline and beautiful countryside of Kent; most walks include a visit to a local hostelry, place of interest  or a theme. Some of this year’s Walking Week walks will celebrate the opening of the King Charles III England Coast Path.

The programme of walks for the 2026 WCR Walking Week is now available, see below.

In addition for 2026 the White Cliffs Walking Week forms part of the White Cliffs Walking Festival arranged by Dover District Council. All of the Festival walks can be found on their website a link to which is in the box below. Some of the Festival Walks make a small charge or request a donation, however all of the White Cliffs Ramblers walks are free.
