Day 1 (Saturday) of the Whitby Group Holiday.
Weather gloomy and wet at times, echoing the mood of the moor. Photos from the 12 mile walk from Fylingdales to Goatmoor.
Walked across an area ravaged by last years moorland fires and the route took us along some of the firebreaks that have now been created.

Day 2 (Sunday)
What a difference in weather, sunny and warm with great views. All three walks were varying distances along the Cleveland Way, ending at a pub in Runswick Bay.
A lovely seaside village of Staithes was a lunch stop for the middle group.
Photos of the walk along the Cleveland Way taken by Colin, Morag R, Patricia, Valerie and Gill.

Day 3 (Monday) of the Whitby Group Holiday
Today was a rest (!!!) day and most people walked the short distance to Whitby and enjoyed its famous landmarks and museums.
Weather was quite windy and chilly, but mostly dry.
Some had the local delicacy of Yorkshire tea bread with Wensleydale Cheese, an odd combination but delicious.
