The month of August was an important month for the clearance team trying to assist with any work for the Festival. In total over 5 Thursdays they completed 25 hours of clearance work. HE7 in Folkestone was completed on 4th August. On the 11th they cleared HE79 as requested by Nicola Foad from the LDWA in preparation for the Festival.
On the 18th we had 2 teams out, one cleared EE413 at Tilmanstone. The other was an excellent example of how the system should ideally work. Moira Pell PFO for several parishes identified a problem for clearance at Westmarsh. KCC authorised and the team cleared. Excellent!
On the 25th CB456 at Chartham was cleared by the team for the Festival at the request of John Grace.
