Rye Harbour to Hastings Circular Walk on 15th and 16th October 2026.
The WCR Group recently arranged a walk from Rye Harbour to Hastings, an overnight stay in Hastings and a return to Rye the following day. A total of 15 walkers took up the challenge and completed an extremely diverse, enjoyable and, at times, demanding walk.
In total we covered 26 miles at a decent pace taking around 9 hours to complete the walk over the two days.
We stormed The Hastings Premier Inn and Weatherspoons overnight and braved early rain the next day for the return leg. Otherwise the weather was very kind.
Fantastic company and some hilarious moments, many thanks to all who participated.
